Calling Back the Salmon Ceremony

Volunteer Positions Available

Kitchen & Bbq Coordinator(s) (1 or team of 2) prior to event & appx 11 - 5 pm Caterer. This position requires prior experience in overseeing meal preparation for large scale events. Head food committee - solicit donations, plan menu, gather & bring needed materials. Work with Salmon prep coordinator to ensure salmon's ready night before, coordinate volunteers to prep, setup, serve & cleanup. Ensure food safety & proper handling

Food Prep (need 3-5) Friday
Pickup from donors & prep food. Salad, side dishes, dessert, get drinks on ice.

BBQ Servers & Cleanup (10) appx 11 - 5 pm
Work with BBQ Coordinator to set up food & utensils, man the tables, feed people, cleanup

Salmon Prep (need 20) prior to event
Obtain, clean, prep & freeze fish.

BBQ Cooks (10) appx 12 - 5 pm
Help cook salmon

Spirit Runners (need 6+ )

Powerboat & Driver
Need a reliable boat & driver to transport fish & runner from the Englebright boat launch to the reservoir's confluence with the South Yuba
